Right now, orders placed using Combat Art's website ( can only be delivered to addresses in Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Frequently asked questions

Q: How long does it take for my delivery to arrive?
A: Usually orders are delivered within 10 working days (Mon-Fri being working days), however, during these times of Covid_19, please be more patient. We are doing all we can and can be affected by less people working at the parcel services.

Q: Will my order be trackable?
A: Tracking availability can vary by carrier. If tracking is available, we’ll send it to you in your dispatch confirmation email.

Q: Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?
A: Once your order dispatches, we’ll send you a dispatch confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). You can also go to your order history to look up the tracking.

Q: Do your delivery speeds include production time?
A: Yes, always! Our listed speeds include both the time it takes to print your order and deliver it to you.

Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: This depends on the speed you select. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, delivery address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.

Q: Are your delivery times guaranteed?
A: During these rough times, we cannot fully guarantee your delivery day. Bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time, you’re not satisfied – and neither are we. Contact us if you have any further questions. 

Q: Will my order be delivered during business hours?
A: In most instances, deliveries will be made during normal working hours from Monday to Friday, although this may vary by carrier.

Q: My package was supposed to arrive today but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
A: Packages may arrive as late as 6pm (local time), so it may arrive later in the day. If available, you can also view your tracking information in your Order History under My Account. And feel free to contact us at any time – we’ll be happy to help.
